PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Train closest train station is Olympic Park station
Bus Sydney buses operate direct bus services to Sydney Olympic Park from a number of locations including Lidcombe, Strathfield and Parramatta.
Ferry Sydney ferries run daily service between Circular Quay and Parramatta stopping at Sydney Olympic Park Wharf. To travel to the showground, visitors must also catch a connecting bus.

PARKING
For short visits there are 2-hour free-parking spaces located on Grand Parade, Olympic Boulevard and Dawn Fraser Avenue.
Sydney Olympic Park has over 10,000 parking spaces site-wide. Carparks P1, P5 and P6 are in close proximity to Sydney Showground. Costs: $7 per hour, up to a maximum fee of $35 per day.
We recommend you pre-book parking if you plan to visit Sydney Showground on the day of a major event. Cost is $35 per car for the day. This cost is for one entry and exit into your selected car park.
What is the entry policy?
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The venue reserves the right to inspect and search bags brought into or out of the venue and search all persons, their clothing and other items of such persons. Persons may be subject to screening for prohibited items when entering Sydney Showground events
The following restricted or prohibited items are not permitted into Sydney Showground and are subject to immediate confiscation:
Glass or breakable containers.
Cans or metal containers.
Alcoholic beverages & any other liquids as determined by the venue.
Illicit drugs or paraphernalia including NANGS.
Flares, fireworks, smoke bombs, or any other explosive device.
Laser pointers.
Knives or other dangerous weapons including potential missiles.
Skateboards, scooters, roller blades and bicycles.
Large items including eskies and bags that cannot fit under seats. Animals unless approved by the
RAS or an approved assistance animal.
Flags over 1m x 1m in size.
Register rolls, shredded paper, or confetti.
Commercial food purchased from external caterers, including recognised commercial food brands.
Cameras and recording devices(for commercial purposes)including tripods.
Other items as determined by the RAS that may cause injury or public nuisance.
Backpacks & bags larger than A4 are not permitted for concerts, dance parties & festivals.
Unsealed vapes are not permitted at Concerts, Dance Parties & Festivals.
Unsealed cigarettes are not permitted at dance parties or festivals or other events as determined by the venue
Only amaetur cameras are permitted (mobile phone cameras, non-SLR cameras, cameras without detachable lenses).
(Empty) water bottles are permitted, once inside you can fill them up at a water station
ENTRY CONDITIONS
AGE REQUIREMENTS
This is an 18+ event so you will need a valid form of identification on arrival. Please have it ready for inspection by staff. All patrons must have an actual valid photo ID in the physical form of valid Australian Driver’s license/learners permit, passport or State/Territory proof of age cards.
NO PASS OUTS
Please note there will be strictly no pass outs, once you’re in, you’re in.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Warehouse Project is an open, inclusive show for those who want to have a good time. There is no place for verbal, physical or sexual harassment of any kind. This includes all acts of intimidation, misogyny, racism, discrimination, homophobia, transphobia and harassment of any kind.
To be clear, if you touch somebody without their consent or make somebody feel uncomfortable while at our event, this will be deemed harassment and we will not accept it. No exceptions.
If someone is making you feel uncomfortable, please make any of our staff aware so we can take appropriate action. There is also a designated space near the festival entry where professional staff are ready to assist with whatever you may need.
Please be mindful of personal space. We want you to be able to let go on our dancefloor, but not at the expense of others.
