While we strive to be as accessible as possible Please note some areas of the venue (such as The Star + Garter pub) are not easily accessible by wheelchair or crutches.
Applications must be submitted 72 hours prior to the event.
1. What is the accessibility process?
If you have access requirements or require a PA ticket please complete the web form HERE or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you prefer.
You will be contacted once your application has been made by one of our team to discuss your access needs at the show.
2. What will be available at the venue?
Accessible toilets, viewing platforms and an Access officer to assist with anything you may need.
There is a chairlift to the Depot platform and a ramp to Concourse platform where there is a large bar.
Part of the Concourse platform is for all customers so may be busy at times. The weight limit for our access lift is 250KG
3. When to send the access requests?
We ask that you make any request at least a week in advance of the show so we can be sure to receive and note your request where possible.
