When arriving at the venue please refrain from drinking alcohol directly outside and please remember...

• Last entry is 10.30pm

• If you arrive at the venue intoxicated it is against our license to allow admission

• Please respect local residents by keeping volume low once outside the venue

• Liquids are not allowed to be brought inside the venue

• Anyone found bringing illegal / intoxicating substances (including Mephedrone) into the venue will be refused entry

• Drug dogs in operation

LOST PROPERTY

If you have lost of mislaid anything during your visit to Store Street then please contact

Lost Property session every Wednesday 7pm — 8:30pm at the venue

Phone thefts —

• Keep your phones in a safe place such as a front pocket. Avoid back pockets or ladies handbags as they are easy to enter.

• Try not to have your phone on display. Filming your favourite acts might seem like a good idea but you are also attracting theives.

• Protect your mobile phone, turn on your phone's PIN lock and write down all details including your IMEI numbers and any tracker details.

• Arrange a location to meet with your friends so if you do lose your phone and need to meet each other you have a meeting point.

By car —
There are many car parks surrounding Store Street in the City Centre. Please note that there is no on-site parking, and that on street parking restrictions exist around the venue.

By tram —
The nearest tram stop is Picadilly train station, the venue is a 1 minute walk from this stop. For more information go to www.metrolink.co.uk

By bus —
There is a bus station connecting many of Manchester's major bus routes, located in Picadilly Gardens which is a 5 minute walk from the venue. For more information see www.tfgm.com
