The modern master of Electro-pop, and head-honcho of Turbo Recordings, Tiga remains very much at the head of the dance-music table. Whether it's his remixes of Scissor Sisters, Nelly or Felix da Housecat, or winning countless awards for his 2007 classic "Sexor", or collaborating with Soulwax and Zombie Nation, you can always count on Tiga to be a good few strides ahead of the pack. Catch his trademark sexual sound for one of his increasingly rare UK performances!

Culpable for creating the modern musical monster that is "Ed Banger", Pedro Winter has a lot to be thanked for (even if only for the fact that he managed disco-deities Daft Punk at the peak of their career). Not content with helping forge the careers of the likes of Justice, Sebastian, Uffie and Feadz, his own productions and remixes are amongst the best on his cutting edge stable. Everyone in electro sends their shiz to Busy P, whether on his label or not, so make sure you catch this flamboyant frenchman to see what everyone else will be playing in 12 months time. Essential.

Friends with Busy P since 1997, back then they were already trying to meld Hip-Hop and electronic sounds into a new hybrid sound. Just goes to show how far ahead of the pack they were, and they're still light-years ahead of your average DJ. In his own words: "I like to be the DJ, I love it so much. I love to try new things. You would never get into this business to be bored, or you would hope not." With that sort of attitude you know that his sets are not going to be a pedestrian stroll through the latest "top 10 of what's hot", and his searing technical ability truly sets him apart as one of the most revered DJs on the electro scene.

He only burst onto the scene in late 2007, but a quick perusal at his gig list shows have very far this young Parisian gentleman has already come; before he comes to our Mancunian underground labyrinth he will have done an Australian tour, plus gigs in Kuala Lumpar, Singapore, Bangkok and Berlin! His exciting mash of electro, techno and house have left the biggest players in several scenes salivating in anticipation of his latest bombs, and there is no greater testament to his talent than being signed to Tiga's Turbo Recordings.

One of the most exciting bands out of Manchester in the last decade, The Whip continue to be amongst amongst a select few bands that can rock the rave as well as any DJ. We shouldn't be surprised considering that the majority of their output has come on key dance labels such as Kitsune and Southern Fried rather than the more traditional, indie labels. The biggest talent out of Salford since Paul Scholes, they always electrify when they play a home-coming set at the Warehouse.
GrumFresh out of Leeds, but sounding like he's from a Parisian banlieu, Grum proves that in our post-myspace age traditional borders mean nothing, and talent is every-king. With his remixes being rinsed on Radio 1, and firmly kept in the box by the biggest-hitters, it isn't hard to see why his star is soaring into the stratosphere.

Another fabulous Frenchman signed to Ed Banger, he comes with a more subtle style that swims with shimmering melodies and intricate synth-work. As his bio describes it, Breakbot "is basically Justice if they wrote songs about the beach and summertime and pool parties, instead of the whole epic religious vibe". Incorporating elements of electro, commercial dance, funk and pop, they've won acclaim throughout the world. And we don't just mean the crowds either. Other DJs love his disregard for convention as much as the wild eyed kids moshing in nightclubs. And don't even get us started on his original production work.

In 2003, DSL brothers released their first 'J.A.Y.M' album, a Hip Hop album done with rhum & xtc. After a bunch of mixtapes and shows all around France, DSL disapeared of my GPS. All we knew from DSL is that they drink a lot, this is probably due to their west indies roots, and they also drop sharp beats this is their asian side I guess.
In 2008 it was time for them to shine. At the begining of the year they joined Ed Banger Records and released 'Invaders', their first EP on the label. The 12" included remixes by new coming star Djedjotronic & long time party partner Busy P. A few month later they dropped 'Find Me In The World', a downtempo contribution to the 'Ed Rec Vol.3' compilation, mixing hip-hop and trance keys, it was long before Will.i.am!
The three brothers are now back with their second 12" for Ed banger records 'Stupid Bitches', which defines their sound better than ever and affirms their personality among the Ed Rec roster. The title track 'Stupid Bitches' doesn't sound like a love song, but trust me, it's DSL's way to say I love you to ladies. A pure zoukadisco tune, get your platform sneakers on! Remixes are provided by DatA for the perfect sunset soundtrack and new kid on the block Rynecologist from Toronto for a more booming version. 'J'm'en bats les couilles' could be a #1 hip hop hit if Akon & Pitbull rap on it. Here we prefer the DSL flow. DSL will be on tour with Busy P, DJ Feadz, Breakbot and So Me in Europe near you.
