MARKETING INTERN (Paid)


Working in Manchester at The Warehouse Project and Parklife Festival office, the successful applicant for the role of Marketing Intern will be an organised, enthusiastic and conscientious all-rounder with great attention to detail, willing to help support the WHP Marketing team with various tasks.

Ideally the candidate will have an interest in live events, festivals and clubs. We are looking for a reliable & trustworthy team player with a positive 'can do' attitude who can effectively prioritise their workload.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explore new trends and technologies.
- Help and maintain company social media accounts.
- Build and create compelling content for TikTok.
- Help with general customer queries, where needed.
- Assisting across all members of the marketing team.
- Helping with the launch of new shows.
- Community building.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- An understanding and keen interest in the dance music & live music industries.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- A good eye for detail.
- Supportive and reliable team member.
- Flexible, adaptable and reliable.
- Clear and concise communication skills, can adapt style and approach.
- Motivated, professional and enthusiastic.
- Technically adept with all social media.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Basic video / photo editing skills are a plus.

This is a part-time role with the scope to develop into a full-time role in future.

STREET TEAM COORDINATOR (Paid)


This is a junior position, where you would be able to control & grow our student sales representatives for the brands. This would include management of a team, marketing input, organising events and helping us tap into the student market. Ideally the candidate will be confident and outgoing with experience in organising live events, festivals and/or clubs. We are looking for a reliable & trustworthy team player we can leave in control of a full team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organise, recruit and motivate a large street team in Manchester with the support of the full WHP team.
- Working with a budget to organise parties/giveaways for Students in areas.
- Creating ticket selling strategies and activations to be discussed once a week with WHP marketing team.
- Occasionally be ‘The Face’ of the WHP student street team i.e. appearing in short videos, stunts, tik-toks etc.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- An understanding and keen interest in the dance music & live music industries.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Experience in organising events or studying a relevant field at University.
- Confident in leading/managing a large group of people.
- Full understanding of social media sites (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok etc.).
- Flexible, adaptable and reliable.
- Clear and concise communication skills, can adapt style and approach.
