FAQS

What should I do if I test positive for COVID-19?
If you test positive for COVID-19 you will need to self isolate, not attend or travel to The Warehouse Project and follow NHS guidance.

I have been told to self-isolate, what should I do?
If you are contacted directly and asked to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace you must self-isolate immediately and follow NHS Guidance. This means you will not be able to attend The Warehouse Project so please act responsibly, stay at home and protect the wider community.

What if I, or someone coming to The Warehouse Project with me is identified as a close contact before or whilst we are at the event?
If this happens prior to or while at the event then you will need to return home and follow Government Guidance.

How do I gain entry to The Warehouse Project?
The quickest and easiest way to gain access to The Warehouse Project is to show your NHS COVID Pass along with your valid ticket for entry.

Do I take my test at home or on arrival?
Please take your NHS Lateral Flow Test at home as close to the event as possible. Results must be uploaded to the NHS App, which can take up to two hours.

When do I need to take my Lateral Flow Tests?
Please take your test the day before your arrival to The Warehouse Project and log it in your NHS App. If the event is a Friday evening, this means your Lateral Flow Test should be taken the day before (Thursday) and logged that evening. It can take up to 2 hours to validate your NHS COVID Pass so it is worth logging your test the night before you are due to arrive.

How do I obtain an NHS Lateral Flow Test?
1. Order to your home address.
2. Pick up from your local chemist.
3. Go to your local community testing centre
We recommend ordering your tests as soon as possible.

No. If you have received both doses of the vaccine 14 days ahead of your event at The Warehouse Project you will not need to take a Lateral Flow Test. If you are aged 18 or over and are registered with a GP in England you can provide proof of your vaccination status through the NHS COVID Pass in the NHS App. All other ticket holders will be required to show a negative Lateral Flow Test taken within 24hrs of attending the event or proof of Natural Immunity. These should both be uploaded and recorded on the NHS App.

I’m having issues with the NHS App and/or registering with the NHS website. What should I do?
If you are having problems with the NHS App or website we encourage you to contact the NHS App team.

What is the NHS App?
The NHS App can be downloaded to your smartphone and is the place where you will be able to generate and view your NHS COVID Pass. Please note the NHS App is separate from the NHS Covid-19 (Track & Trace) App.
It can take up to 24 hours to verify your NHS App account so please download and register a minimum of 24 hours before you leave to ensure you have no issues getting access to your NHS COVID Pass.

What is the difference between the NHS Covid-19 (Track & Trace) App and the NHS App?
The NHS Covid-19 App (required for checking in to venues and test and trace) and NHS App (required to gain entry to The Warehouse Project using the NHS COVID Pass) are two different apps.
The NHS Covid-19 (Track & Trace) App will not be required for The Warehouse Project.
The NHS App is required for hosting your NHS COVID Pass to enter the event.

What if I don't have a smartphone and cannot use the NHS App or NHS Website?

After registering you will receive a text message confirming your negative test result from the NHS that you can provide upon entry to the event. Or you can log your Lateral Flow Test on the gov.uk website. If you are fully vaccinated you can request an NHS COVID Pass Letter via the NHS Website. The letter may take up to 5 working days to reach you, so ensure you order in good time before attending The Warehouse Project
